Causes Of Anxiety Attacks – What Causes An Anxiety Attack

So, what are the causes of anxiety attacks?  Well, there isn’t any definite answer for everybody.  The causes alter from person to person and it is dependent on the situation.  So, what I’m going to do is share with you the causes of attacks.  That way, if you’ve got an attack, you may know precisely what to do. 

The causes of anxiety attacks are :

1.  Phobias.  A person, if exposed to something that they are afraid of, will naturally have an anxiety attack.  An example would be if you are afraid of public speaking. 

2.  Hyperventilation syndrome.  This is another cause of anxiety.  Hyperventilation syndrome is caused when you breath thru your mouth.  When you do this for an exceedingly long time, your pulse increases, which triggers lightheadedness.  And at last it’ll trigger an anxiety attack. 

3.  Medications.  Using mood suppressants unduly, you might be causing an anxiety attack.  Taking too many antidepressant tablets has complications.  And that side effect is an anxiety attack.  Try hard not to take plenty of anti-depressant drugs. 

4.  Heredity.  If one of your family members has a history of anxiety attacks or panic attacks, there’s a probability that you’ll have this disorder as well . 

5.  Short term causes.  When something dramatic occurs in your life, such as someone close to you dying, it may trigger an anxiety attack.  If you are having emotional issues, ensure you don’t intake too much caffeine.  It may cause you to have an anxiety attack. 

6.  Environment.  Another reason for anxiety attacks is because of the environment.  It may be from the wet or hot atmosphere.  Or it may be from you being around too many people.  Some folk can’t deal with being around plenty of people for long period. 

These are some causes of anxiety attacks.  If you have these signs, you have to do something about it.  Waiting to stop your anxiety attack could be fatal.
