Also, you can attempt to sleep to prevent you from thinking about it.

How long can a panic attack last? Typically, it just takes minutes. But once you choose to just overlook it, it might go on a lot longer and even add up to hours. The most important thing that you should always bear in mind is that you should not permit your disorder to gain control over your life.
