The Link Between Panic Attacks and Depression

If you have both panic episode and depression, know that you’re not by yourself. It is easy to let yourself get overwhelmed and start experiencing disturbing thoughts. You might even think that your condition is hopeless and that any treatment wouldn’t offer you any relief.

Some treatment options for anxiety episodes and depression can be very effective. You might need to use a little medication to get the anxiety and depression to a reasonable level while you work through any psychological problems. With some work and will power, you can begin to recover from panic attacks and depression.
