Treat Panic Attacks Now

Panic attacks can be caused by many different causes. It might be fear, a certain person, situation or even the thought of something that is uncomfortable. It is difficult to find the true cause of a panic attack since every individual is different and is therefore prone to different stimuli.Everyone has differences in their psychological makeup and fears can develop because of things that have taken place, situations that have caused distress and sometimes even things that have little bearing on the individual. There are a number of causes for panic attacks which can be classified as rational or irrational.

Panic Attacks Are Both Physical & Psychological

Since panic attacks are caused by underlying stressors we need to learn more so that we can identify the causes. Many times the causes are physical and are often psychological as well. The only way a person can learn how to effectively cope is to learn the causes and understand the symptoms that it brings on so they can combat the overwhelming symptoms.Their are many very similar causes of panic attacks, however not every person that suffers has the same causes.

Someone who has learned traumatic events are prone to panic attacks, this is one of the common causes.Fears have a way of stamping the brain which leads to the anxiety and symptoms that follow. These memories can trigger severe anxiety when the person is faced with a similar situation.Panic attacks are often said to be caused by phobias.Panic attacks are always triggered by bad memories and will continue unless the person can somehow forget the past.

There are many factors implicated which cause panic attacks, biological is just one of them. When an individual is faced with a stressful event these are the behaviors and reactions that take place in the body.Biological factors such as dietary deficiencies, poor sleep habits and perhaps other medical disorders might be included.Vitamin B and biological factors play a great role in panic attacks as found to be true through research.Other medical causes of panic attacks include hyperthyroidism, hypoglycemia, inner ear problems and of course PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder).

Panic attacks have also been caused by alcohol and caffeine because they are both stimulants.People that are prone to have panic attacks need to be careful of the medications as well as foods that they take because they may have a stimulant or other ingredient that triggers attacks.Hyperventilation syndrome is named another one of the causes of panic attacks because of the restricted air that the individual suffers from.

The most causes of panic attacks fall into five categories:.

  • Those suffering from fears or phobias
  • Hereditary causes
  • Certain medications
  • Daily behaviours such as improper nutrition
  • The inability to be assertive

Treatment is very important regardless of the causes of panic attacks, without treatment it can worsen, even leading to further problems.
