If still you don’t get into achieving the goal with the first tip, you can try to sleep after the attack. Enduring a panic attack is pretty much draining and resting will help you regain back energy. Keep in mind that our body usually considers a tiring event as a stressful one. Again, you have to avoid all contributors of stress after an attack.

If you opt to visit a doctor or go to a hospital, then you can do it, as long as it will help you calm your mind. Exhaust possible ways and solutions that can help you calm down. Eating chocolates, taking a warm bath, listening to soft music may be one of these ways; what really counts is you did all possible method to keep yourself calm.

Those tips are the things you may do after panic attack episodes. You will be calm after an attack even if it is somehow hard if you will just focus on achieving it. It can also help to remind yourself from time to time that a panic attack is not dangerous even though it is uncomfortable. Your disorder should not be the ones controlling your life, it should be you.
